Frames were built to match the curvature of the Diamond Sea Glaze windows.  This was accomplished by turning laminated blocks of Jatoba on a 5 h.p. shaper with a 4" spiral cutter for the corners, then epoxy gluing these with biscuit joints to1/4" Jatoba vacuum bagged onto marine plywood.  Trim frames were built on the bench to match each frame, which were all uniquely shaped due to curvature of the saloon and pilot house sides.  In some cases, three axis adjustments had to be made to properly match these curves.

All interior doors and cabinet doors were built from solid Jatoba.  The finish was sprayed with 5 layers of Interprime sealer to fill the grain, followed by 8 coats of Epifanes Rubbed Effect varnish.
